"The stay was okay, although the property is a bit farther from the train station and the main tourist attractions than I expected. The room was generally clean. However, when I switched on the electric fan, a lot of dust blew out because it was very dusty. I had to take the fan downstairs to the reception and ask for it to be cleaned. Also, under the side table is dusty. Another concern was that there was no phone in the room, making it difficult to contact reception quickly, especially in case of an emergency. It would be much more convenient to have a faster way to reach the staff when assistance is needed."

"Excellent b&b, with very friendly staff- and Audrey goes above and beyond! Lovely, cooked to order breakfast. We were lucky with parking, right next door to the accommodation but that can't always be guaranteed... you may have to park a little further away and keep your eye out for on the road spaces nearer to the accommodation becoming free- but you'll only be maybe 50/100 yards away at most"

"Nick and his team were very welcoming, and our 4 night stay was most comfortable. Use of the communual front lounge is ideal, especially for young families wanting space to play games and watch TV. The location is perfect for beach access (just across the road), and walkable into town. Would highly recommend."
