"The hotel was in great location, right in the sea front. Walkable distance to the station, shops, Pier and Theatres. The staff were friendly and the check in was quick and easy "
"Only stayed the night but room was clean, nicely presented, staff are pleasant and helpful, rooms look modern for a old building, would book again when visiting again "
"Stayed at this hotel a few times great for an overnight stay right on the front near the pier clean room comfortable bed really friendly and helpful staff "
"Warm welcome, comfortable and very clean apartment. Well stocked kitchen for a longer self catering stay. Well situated for town, beach, restaurants etc. loved the fresh fruit in reception and the tea and coffee available. "
"We have stayed here before but this was just an overnight due to family business. The staff are unfailing helpful and courteous. The property itself shows its age but that is part of its charm. "
"We had a lovely stay at this hotel, the bed was very big and comfortable, the service was great and the staff very sweet and friendly. Our room had a beautiful sea view, definitely worth the extra pennies. It’s a bit of a shame that the road just below is quite busy and noisy throughout the day. Nevertheless, it was great to be so close to the sea, we wouldn’t have wanted it any other way."

"We loved, loved, loved this hotel and would definitely stay again if back in Eastbourne. It was a last minute trip and quite unplanned so I booked based on others great feedback and we have to agree.
Easy parking was followed by such a lovely warm welcome and quick checkin. They have a beautiful old and original lift int he hotel with metal shutters and a seat which was lovely. However what was even nicer was the fact that you are taken to your room to check you are happy with it.
The staff at every contact were friendly and the place spotlessly clean. We would have been very happy had we been staying longer. Another nice touch was the offer of a complimentary glass of wine int he bar at 6pm as a welcome to the hotel. Whilst we couldnt take advantage it was touches like this that made the place feel out of the ordinary and a little more special.
Everything about the hotel showed tradition and elegance.
Well dont to the team working at this hotel - you are doing a great job!!!"

"Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed at reception by Sree, who was incredibly accommodating and attentive. He kindly offered to show me a few rooms to ensure I found the right fit. The first room he showed me turned out to be perfect—quiet, clean, and exactly what I was looking for.
The room itself was spotless, with a well-equipped, modern kitchenette featuring high-quality appliances. The bathroom was also impressive, with a great shower and a clean, contemporary design. I especially appreciated the air conditioning, which made the room even more comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful, allowing for a restful night’s sleep.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-maintained stay, and I’ll definitely be returning in the future."
