“We showed up and the pool was out of order. We got to our room and there was massive amounts of dog hair on the carpet, in the sheets, on the base boards. The tub had black mold and mildew all over the bottom. I called the front desk & they came to change the sheets as I am a single mom w three kids and we checked in at bedtime. They came to change the sheets just to discover the dog hair was all over & embedded in the mattress protector too. I explained my girls & I are highly allergic to dogs...

“I had my room changed because the TV did not work. Apparently the dayshift clerk did not update the system to reflect this change and the nightshift clerk issued a room key to the room I was staying in. At 1:30am my room door came flying open. It was terrifying as I thought someone was coming in to rob me. I did not sleep the rest of the night.”
