"The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had breakfast the mornings we were there and the food was excellent. I would stay at this hotel again whne I am in Bologna. "

"We thought we were staying in the b& b chain hotel but this is a private bed and breakfast. It was on a busy road which meant public transport into bologna was convenient and frequent. The room was on 3rd floor and there is no lift but for an overnight stay its acceptable. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to which you get the keys for your own. The lounge is shared. The owner comes in to make the guests breakfast. We had a Very nice room and bathroom."

"Staff is great, hotel is new, well maintained and clean. However, there was a constant "humming" sound I could hear in the hallway, some time during my stay. Not sure if it was the elevator or a generator somewhere in the building. It was not enough to bother me, as I sleep very deeply. Restaurant was good and overall experience was pleasant. Will definitely stay there again."
