โCheck in was fast and easy. The Hotel Lobby was clean and had a lounge and bar inside. We did not use the pool but there is one on the premises. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Bathroom was clean and fully stocked. Only thing I did not like was the parking. You have to drive down an alley away from the hotel to get into the parking lot. Would stay again if in Florence. โ
โHere is a great location for a traveler. I set up my base camp here and I am spending five nights over the Fourth of July weekend. Everywhere Iโm looking to go is nearby. Even Savannah, Georgia is about an hour and a half away.โ
โFor the price, it's hard to beat. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Yes there are more updated hotels in the area but way more expensive.โ
โI enjoyed the location and staff. Some guest were a little noisey. breakfast couldโve been better with more hot options and in need of a few upgrades (some areaโs were showing the hotels age)โ
โThe hotel's facilities were fine, but the staff were unfriendly, and the cleaning was not clean. The staff was so unkind when I checked in. When I entered the room, other people's hair remained in the shower, and the toilet was dirty. โ
