“Room was clean and breakfast was good.”

“When got in room the couch pull out was broken had stains on cushions couldn't even sit on couch ,microwave wouldn't shut. Only decent things that was clean was the bed and tub . The elevator looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks .”

Everything else was excellent and the staff worked with us regarding an issue and helping us procure an extra day. Breakfast was hot and ready every day and lots of choices.”

“The clerk at check in was nice. They even checked our room to see if it was done to let us in a bit early. They said the room was done but we found someone ice cream cones in the fridge, the bathtub had lots of hair in it that was not ours, the shower cur6was really dirty and needed washed. We tried to turn on the TV. It didn't work, tried to call front desk to tell them, phone didn't work, toilet was broken and ran after flushing it (unless you jiggled the handle). Had to walk down to desk to...
