“I would never stay at this hotel again. The room was dirty from the moment we walked in, and it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was a gas leak that the hotel appeared to be aware of but failed to properly address or disclose to guests. That was completely unacceptable and made us feel unsafe throughout our stay. The staff was also incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. Manager is beyond helpful and kind, you can tell the place is well-cared for with thoughtfulness, like well-stocked coffee supplies, cute fridge and microwave, bottled water, thick fluffy towels, bidet, hair dryer, and great individual reading lights for reading in bed. Also had outside benches for enjoying the summer evenings.”
