“The TV was out from day one. He had said that it was due to weather, but we never had it at all the entire weekend we were there. The room was somewhat clean. There was some marks on the walls by the bed look like maybe from feet or furniture and the area where you would blow dye your hair that had the mirror for makeup had no electricity going to it so I couldn’t use the blow dryer or put makeup on in that area or comb my hair or anything he said since it was a holiday weekend he wasn’t going...

“Rooms were clean the bed was very comfortable. Indoor pool was very nice. Traveled with my dog and there was a really nice area for me to walk him.”

“2nd shift lady was great, bartender was great morning front desk mgr was not helpful. Had to move rooms because of a roach found. Gave us small room and was not willing to discount from my original purchase price of original suite booked. Overall stay wasnt horrible minus the bug situation and dealings with morning mgr.”

“First of all, although we decided the night before to go to Iowa City to visit family, I was happy that there was a room available on the Fourth of July. The front desk person was very nice and of course that's very important. The hotel smells of cigarette smoke and It seems to be in the carpet, etc perhaps because of the years when smoking was allowed in the hotel. I reserved two rooms. “The hotel is dated and could use some updating for sure! The sheets were some of the roughest I have ever slept on! The A/C worked well, Thank God because it was HOT out! We didn’t get the room I paid for but the front desk help was Awesome!!”
