“Kind staffs, very good condition of room.”

“It's a very basic hotel, but that's what I liked about it! The price was worth the stay. All I needed was somewhere to sleep for the night, and this place definitely gave me that! Staff was very friendly and the checkin/checkout process was quick and efficient. Bed was comfy and had an additional pullout couch if necessary. I'd absolutely stay here when I visit Cumberland Falls again!”

“The owner and his sister are friendly and helpful with anything you might need! The rooms I’ve stayed in are always clean and have a nice microwave and small refrigerator. I like that I can park right outside my door and as a single, older woman I like that there are secure room locks. The TV has plenty of channels and the beds are always comfy. I travel to that area at least once a year and we’ll always stay here!!”

“The staff was rude, I booked a night for my son who was there for a job interview. Because I booked the room, they wanted him to produce verification for me since the card was in my name. My son had no phone so asked the clerk if he could use their phone to call me and I could verify and the clerk refused. He then asked the clerk if he could call and he refused. He turned my son away and he had to try to find another place to stay. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE MONEY THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE...
