"The room was extremely comfortable with an incredible view. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was pricey but overall OK. The bar stayed crowded and we had to wait forever for a server. But it was a busy weekend for the area."

"Great location, clean rooms, appropriately priced. Very nice staff. Only complaint is their parking scam, you pay $50 for overnight parking, not 24 hours parking. So they charge you another $20 if you stay after 2pm. Other than that, the hotel was great and will definitely return!"

"Hotel staff that we spoke with were very courteous and professional. We had a room with a balcony. If you prefer to be able to sleep, avoid the balconies. We were on the second floor and could hear everything happening on the street. We could also hear people on our floor slamming their doors constantly. We could also hear them screaming back and forth to each other. The bed that we had was deformed so bad, that it looked like the peak of a roof. We each just about rolled off the mattress constantly through the night. Our backs hurt so bad the next morning because of the bed. Luckily we only stayed one night. So, if you would like an actual decent night's sleep, make sure to get a room that is higher up away from the noise."

"The hotel was very lovely and in the heart of the French Quarter. This made it easy for us to walk everywhere we wanted to go easily. We had an issue with a loose toilet seat. I texted them and a person was at our door within 10 minutes to fix it. We would stay here again for a touch of luxury when we visit again!"

"The room was okay for a short stay, clearly in an older building. My room was ready for check-in much earlier than expected and the front desk and concierge were all nice and helpful. The only staff member who was less helpful and seemed bothered was the bartender at their lobby bar, therefore I didn’t bother going there during my stay even though I had planned to. Location is great, if you stay here I recommend eating at the Creole House right across the street. Everything is easily walkable from this hotel. The Cafe Beignet located inside the hotel was also just okay with staff that seemed stressed and less than interested to be there, and serving me a cold pastry. There are better cafe’s to try. The pool was small which I knew and expected but what made it hard to enjoy was that most of the lounge chairs located by the pool were unusable and broken. There were maybe 3 or 4 that were not broken and unusable out of about 10 chairs. This stay was okay, not bad, again, for a short stay. I probably will not stay here again if I come back to New Orleans."
