“Was very happy with everything. The Jets on the tub would not work however it was not from like a trying from the staff. They were very kind and very apologetic but that was very minor compared to the exceptional service we received.”

“The stay was fine until we attempted to shower in the morning before continuing our trip. The shower didn't work at all. No way to turn on the water. We brought it to the attention of the manager who said we had to first inform Expedia. Then they could give us a 20% discount. Well, we tried to inform the Expedia " virtual assistant" which, of course, got us nowhere. We have yet to hear from the management of the hotel, and just write it off as a poor booking decision.”

“The staff was very very unfriendly . When checking in was not informed when breakfast was served . There really was no verbal exchange except “ fill in this info of your vehicle and sign here” “ your room is on second floor. The elevator is down this hall”
When taking showers in morning there was a high pitch whistle sound when water was on.
NOT RELAXING!!!! When checking out and telling the front desk person, his response was

“The property is old and needs to be updated. We turned the heater on and the sulfur smell n the room was disgusting. Will never stay there again. The staff was great it had nothing to do with them.”
