Room was clean but not as quality as what we've come to expect with Hilton. Breakfast was one of the smallest and simplest I've seen at a hotel in some time. “Parking is very tight but free. Dated property. A but musty but Clean room. Go somewhere else for Bar and cocktails. No quiet relax room at spa; instead, a lobby with chairs. Excellent housekeeping and one male front desk person who is top notch customer service professional. Sunday brunch wasn’t bad for the price. ”

“Exhaust fan in bathroom was incredibly loud and could not be turned off separately from the light in the bathroom. Water took a long time to become hot in the shower. Interstate traffic is very loud and the hotel walls are not well-insulated. Receipt was not provided at check-out and is not accessible online either. ”

“I rented a room for my tenant because of a plumbing issue I had to fix. My tenant saw a big cockroach and refused to stay. I have stayed here before many years ago with no issues.”

“Lots of hotels in this area and we've stayed at most of them. Garden Inn is one of the nicer properties- will pay a little more, and breakfast isn't included (although they have a good restaurant you can purchase at)...but if looking for a little nicer than just laying down your head stay here.”

“The absolute best experience I have had at a hotel. The beds were so comfortable and the towels and products provided were top notch. The pool and hot tub was amazing and the breakfast was out of this world. The check in process was great, staff were so friendly and it was so easy to get to. I will be staying with Hampden Inn again because of this experience. Only thing that could be improved is the fan in the bathroom and the AC unit being stronger.”
