“A clean, comfortable apartment situated in an older neighborhood. House keeping amenities in good condition. A busy street adds to daytime noise. Off street parking was a plus. ”

“We arrived very late & the access was very dark & the path to the basement was dark & I almost fell into the pool with my large suitcase. It was hard getting the luggage down the stairs. Also the noise levels scared me only because there is only an accordion type door that separates the basement area from the main house I didn't feel all that safe, maybe if I had my husband with me I wouldn't have felt this way, the bedroom doors couldn't lock so I slept with the lights on & the waste basket...

The rental is quiet, clean, and centrally located—close to everything you might need while visiting Spokane. It's quaint, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with essentials. “2nd. time staying there. Was in a different unit but still everything was great. Bed in the lower bedroom was kind of noisy getting in and out of but again everything both times were great, definitely will be back.”

“This was an amazing find. We had the whole parlor to ourselves - HUGE table, enough for a couple dozen friends. This is situated right on the Main Street, and while outside you can hear music from some speakers - inside, right next to those speakers - quiet! The owner met us early, oriented us to the parlor and room, provided recommendations for dining and wine tastings. Worth every cent! Would love to stay again, next time I am going through Prosser.”
