Charming motel with excellent location

Sally, the owner is absolutely lovely, the motel is convenient, quiet, clean and charming. Old Cape Cod at it's best- an excellent value and close to beaches, drive-in and Audubon nature walks.

Can't wait to come back!!

The Midway is an absolute gem! Sally (the proprietor) is an exceptionally hospitable, and professional host. The units are a nice mix of cottage and motel right on rt. 6, which made for a quaint, quiet, yet convenient setting. The room was pristine in it's cleanliness, and the grounds were meticulously maintained. This establishment is situated on a wooded plot of land with a path that leads safely to the rail trail without having to negotiate the main road. I would recommend this place to anyone, and am already attacking my calendar trying to figure out when I can return myself.

I never expected to love a place this much at such a reasonable rate! The beds were so comfortable i wanted mine at home to be more like theres are. Its a small quiet place where the owner called to be sure we had everything that we needed each night before she left the office and gave us some great places locally to try. MOBY DICKS awesome seafood! Plan on staying here again next year so glad we found this place love it!

We stayed for a long weekend. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The service was wonderful. An extremely friendly place to stay. Location is excellent and convenient to all the outer Cape has to offer. Overall, an outstanding value. Would definitely stay here again.

As soon as I pulled into the front of the reception with the car, cheerful owner Sally came out to greet me and explain Covid protocols. Easy check-in, and I stayed in a room with parking right outside the room's door. Very convenient. Super clean room/bath. Good A/C. I chose the option to leave the trash out and get fresh towels out the door in a bag. I was impressed by the number of electric outlets in the room, which made it easy to plug cell and computer to get some work done. Finally, had stayed in Brewster, Wellfeet and Truro before. I am happy with how centrally located Eastham is, with beaches, ponds, shops and restaurants nearby.

Clean, quiet, great location. Close to several beaches. The grounds are wonderful, we loved the mushrooms growing everywhere and access to the rail trail is right in the back. Sally is very welcoming and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. Happy to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Midway Motel! Sally, the proprietor, was very nice and accommodating, and her attentiveness made this a memorable place to stay at. I was really pleased with how impeccably CLEAN, well-kept, and fresh the room was--including the bathroom! Excellent location to a bunch of things on our itinerary. Minutes’ drive to Marconi Beach, where we got lucky with a clear sky to catch the Perseids at night; and Coast Guard Beach where we saw seals!! Thanks, Sally, for the pleasant stay!

We got a phone call from Sally asking about when we would arrive, which was going to be pretty late. She gave us complete instructions about what to do, and left the aircon running for us. The grounds are very tidy and attractive. The building is old and has minor old building issues, but the room has some modern upgrades and was extremely clean. I wished we were staying more than 1 night.

Sally made our stay unique and personal with phone calls to check in on us. It was a small, cute, cozy room. Lots of great restaurant options nearby. It is right on the Cape Cod Rail Trail which was great for morning jogs. The perfect affordable stay on the cape. The only downside were the little water bugs in the bathroom, but nothing major, and definitely would not keep me away.

It was quaint, lovely and clean. Though right off Rt. 6 (which was very convenient) it felt like I was in the woods. The room was great and the folks that run the property were very accomodating (including when I needed to push back my check in time to later in the evening). It was great having a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. I'm wondering if there are rooms or cabins that also have a small kitchen. It would be nice to have that for a future visit. Having a grill on the "porch" was great, but if I were to use it, having an actual kitchen sink rather than using the bathroom would be helpful. But, as I said, perhaps that exists in other rooms. If not, it still wouldn't stop me from coming back again. On the whole it was a great experience!

A not to be missed place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Sally Ann (the proprietor) was so welcoming and she is taking great precautions in relation to COVID. She gave us some great advice on where to eat (the Bookstore Restaurant is a true gem!). The room was very clean and very well kept. The bathroom was likewise very clean! We would absolutely stay here again!

The cottage was an older model but that is expected in Cape Cod. The owner, Sally was extremely welcoming. Came to my cottage to make sure it was all set, gave me extra blankets when I requested for some. I liked that they offered different options for maid service and they respected your wishes. I would have loved to see their breakfast options but that is still not available due to COVID. I would stay here again. Thanks Sally for taking care of me....

perfect location- wonderful people

We stayed here because we could access the Rail Trail and head to Provincetown easily. Sally gave us great recommendations and was very accommodating. The room was sparkling! She takes all the COVID rules very seriously. Other guests were social distancing while outside on the property. We loved the grills and outside table sets.
