“Perfect for a short solo stay. Bed super comfortable”

“The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. However, the room needed some TLC. The showerhead sprayed water in all directions, the toilet did not flush very well, and the bedsheets could have been cleaner, as there were marks that looked like possible oil stains. The bathroom could also do with a new blind, as the existing one had yellow staining. “Lindas instalaciones, amabilidad del personal del hotel.”

“편안하고 좋은 방이여서 좋았습니다. 조금 비싸긴햇지만 그래도 그만큼 좋았습니다”

“Room was clean and comfortable but starting to show signs of needing attention (worn through couch covers, split pillow case) the TV didnt want to turn on and there has been a downgrade in the bathroom amenities from the baylis & harding i loved. Parking was plentiful”

“The room was clean, staff were so helpful and welcoming, great value for what I paid for room. If in the area would have no hesitation in staying there again. Highly recommended.”

“Fresh breakfast”

“Staff friendly and helpful. Budget room but clean and tidy. No frills but not expensive. Would visit again.”

“Great location, bar and restaurant staff were friendly, bar and restaurant area was decorated fabulously for Halloween. The room unfortunately had a lingering smell from what I believe were the drains in the bathroom. Check in was not particularly warm or welcoming. Room decor feels out of place with the history of the building.”

“Hotel was ok, on site pub was poor”

“The room was clean and comfortable. Yea and coffee provided. Plenty of space to get ready. Bed was comfortable. We had been out drinking and was a late night the morning after I asked if we could extend our check out time the request was accepted at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.”

“I stay around 10 times a year. A 5 star welcome, 5 star food, 5 star service and a 5 star room. A unique old hotel with a modern, clean, tidy fresh feel. The food is amazing, locals travel here for the food. Highly recammend!”

“No lift to suites. (3 floors) honestly I was disappointed for the money spend. Chips off the sink in the Hellaby suite and lots of small things missing.”
