The apartment itself was clean, spacious, well kitted out and in a great central location. However, the bed was small and very uncomfortable and there was a lot of noise late in the evening from businesses nearby emptying bottles into the bins outside, as well as noise from the builders next door early in the morning.

Very close to the station and all the shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and had big windows. The shower room could do with a refreshing, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

They do have a lift but it does not start until up a large flight of stairs. Made it harder but there was a maintenance man there that immediately began to help with baggage. I was able to store baggage in their office between stays and the people in the office were the friendliest ever. The bed is small but that is as advertised.

This unit was in the perfect location to everything. It felt safe due to code locks. It was quiet and a comfortable size for my me and my husband. The unit was very clean, the bathroom was so large and the bed comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped. I highly recommend this property.

Great location, other units would have been better

The accommodation was clean and an excellent location - the downside is that the windows overlooked the exhaust fans to both McDonald’s and KFC. This was extremely loud until around 4am and made the unit smell of fast food the entire duration

Fully self contained studio apartment in central location across from Waverley Station and only 10min walk to Royal Mile. Washer/dryer easy to use from following instructions in App. Lift from level 1, be prepared for 30 odd stairs to get to level one, only an issue if you have heavy luggage. Would stay again.
