Nice and clean as always, could have maybe just been a little bit more careful regarding the rooms for next time that is all. Only gave the staffing a 3/5 because you don’t really have contact which I could not mark them down/more for this.

A vibrant hotel full of quirky features and design. Rooms are completely open plan with your shower beside the bed and the toilet in a small enclosed space in your room. You have a small touch screen tablet in your room with hotel information, guides to local food and drink and the tablet also acts as your tv remote control. There is a well stocked shop in the lobby where you can purchase all sorts of food, drinks and snacks and all bought using a touch screen checkout. The lobby has plenty of comfy seating areas, work spaces and outside there is a pleasant garden area on the small drive way up to the hotel. On the street outside the hotel there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. The stuff at the hotel are there if you need them whilst your visit can be completely self service from check in, using the shop/bar through to check out, it’s a completely digital self service hotel. When I did have a query the staff where helpful and knowledgeable.

Amazing hotel
The hotel’s website stated it’s the “world’s least welcoming hotel”, which is true but in a good way. There’s no room service, restaurant or bar. There isn’t even tea and coffee in the room. But you enjoy nifty features like the suitpad, the Match Market (which includes a coffee machine and pizza oven), and the cozy and inviting seating area complete with a pool table and arcade style games. The room was clean and had a really cool decorative theme seen throughout the hotel. The location is ideal too, it’s surrounded by bars, restaurants and boutiques. And the main shopping area is only a short walk away. I would definitely visit Eindhoven again, and would happily stay here again.

They hotel was great essy check in and check out. Facilities in the hotel were great, lovely little shop in there and pool table and pinball. Will 100% be using this hotel when i go to watch PSV again.

Parking was hard to find, staff not particularly helpful or available when needed. Fire alarm was going off for about 20 minutes at 8am 😡

Good afternoon, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the street Grote Berg was closed for constructions on the road. Their is always someone at the reception and if our receptionist isn't their, he/she is using the toilet or is helping guests on another floor of the Hotel. We can't help it that the fire alarm was going off, it's a safety matter. We did our best to arrange everything as soon as possible with our staff and their is a safety procedure when it goes off.
