"ZERO STARS -OUR KEY ADVICE IS TO AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE AWFUL DIRTY ROOM AND NO HOT WATER TO WASH OR SHOWER FROM ARRIVAL UNTIL WE LEFT AT 10AM THE NEXT DAY. WE COULDNT LEAVE QUICKLY ENOUGH. AVOID IT OR CANCEL YOUR BOOKING ASAP DO NOT EXPECT CLEAN SHEETS OR HOT WATER OR ANY REASONABLE RESPONSE FROM THE OWNERS OR THISE REPLYING TO MESSAGES . THEY EVEN VISITED OUR ROOM AND DENIED THE STAINS/BLOOD OR WORSE ON THE CLEARLY VISIBLE AND UNIRONED SHEETS . NO MATTRESS PROTECTOR AND OLD UNCOMFORTABLE MATRESSES. THEY WOULDNT EVEN GIVE US FRESH SHEETS TO MAKE THE BED OURSELVES AND SAID IT WAS ALL LOCKED UP AND NOT POSSIBLE . STAINED WATER DAMAGED CEILING , DAMAGED FURNITURE AND PICTURES AND LOVELY NOTICE ON THE DOOR MESSAGES IGNORED , TOTAL DENIAL, NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND NO OFFER OF GOODWILL STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE , THAT DOESNT SMELL OF SMOKE , WHERE YOU CAN GET HOT WATER, LIKE WE DID FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS IN A CLEAN PLACE "

"Everything was excellent. Not sure why there are some poor reviews about the food. We thought it was good. Location was good for Las americas and Adeje. The room was spotless. The weather was bad while we were staying but the spa was a blessing as it kept us busy whle it rained."

"Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. Asked for an iron board and kettle and was brought to room straight away. So much choice for Breakfast and the freshly squeezed orange juice was amazing"

"The hotel is very good for family. The room was clean but there was a strong smell of bleach when we entered. We were a couple spending 2 nights as part of a honeymoon trip. Unfortunately, we did not get any special gesture. The weather was not great during our stay, so did not get to enjoy the pool that much. Seems like the standard of all hotels in that area are mostly overrated. The rate is quite high for the type of facility and quality of food that they serve at the breakfast buffet. For this rate (~€210 a night), I recommend going further from the touristic area as the hotels are much better. Overall the staffs are very nice and helpful. "

"I left a black coat in the hotel lobby. I contacted the front desk shortly after, but they made little effort to help, said they couldn’t find it, and refused to check the CCTV. I suspect it may have been taken by staff. If you care about your belongings, I would not recommend staying here."
