Staff was generally friendly. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was good but overpriced. The rooftop was gorgeous and the pool is amazing. The room itself is ok…there is no sound proofing so you hear everything in other rooms and outside which was not great. The room is nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Great location.

The villa and property grounds were beautiful, the food was not good and at and the service wasn’t must better... slow service and even slower butler, which we paid for.. we saw him one time

Disappointing from prior years. Resort has become a children's day care center. Food only slightly above average and staff's prior exceptional service has also slipped to average. Will be weighing future stays.

The noise level was horrible. Far from relaxing. Perhaps because they had two wedding events, but the noise level was terrible.
