From the warm welcome and complimentary room upgrade kindly offered by the delightful female receptionist (whose name, unfortunately, I cannot recall) to the dedicated team who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, every detail reflected genuine hospitality. I deeply appreciate the outstanding service and care that made my visit so exceptional.
Equally impressive was the remarkable team managing and operating the beautiful beachside restaurant. Their delicious food is undoubtedly the reason I left with a few extra pounds, and I could not be happier about it. I was truly honored to meet the managers—Mr. Abdeltawab, Mr. Moustafa, and the respectable young gentleman, Mohannad—who went out of their way to ensure our dining experience was both enjoyable and safe. Mohannad, in particular, took the extra step of recording my son’s nut allergy in the Four Seasons system and personally ensuring the chef was informed, which gave us great peace of mind.
