Windows had hand prints all over them. Hair on the floor. Spoke to the front desk and the said they would have manager contact me and he never did. "

"Fabulous location. We walked to everything we wanted to do all weekend. The room was extremely quiet, so it was very relaxing in the evening. The parking is a little tight to navigate if you have a larger car but there is a parking attendant to help you find a spot."

"Great location! Our view was outstanding. We were right next to the Loretto Chapel and see the cathedral from our balcony. I appreciate how quick and efficient the valet service was. We also loved Nick our bartender at the living room. Very personable and efficient. Highly recommend staying here."

"This is a lovely hotel in a great location. We stayed during cusp season when days and nights are getting hotter but it’s not full-on summer. Ability to Cool the room was non-existent. Two nights without much sleep certainly challenges a holiday trip. I was told both mornings that they were working on it but I wouldn’t have a great deal of confidence. There are not individual room controls. It is a wonderful historic hotel!"
