"I highly recommend this property. From the time you step in the island every experience is curated with the enjoyment and satisfaction of the guests. The hotel staff from the GM to the groundskeeper is super gracious and nice showcasing Filipino hospitality at its best. The only downside is the availability of flights to get to Pangalusian. The flights are very expensive and not reliable. I wish there was another way to get there. I would come back to Pangalusian despite the flight hurdles."
"After staying at a busier part of El Nido, it was a welcome contrast to be at this hotel. Appreciated the hotel tricycle pickup to and from town. The front desk was really nice and helpful. Loved the welcome drinks and happy hour drinks. We mostly loved lounging by the pool because of the awesome views and restaurant near the pool. The food at the restaurant was great, we also enjoyed breakfast.
Was able to easily book tour A across the street per front desk recommendation and convenient transport back to/from town where tour meeting spot was. The tour was great btw. Hotel lent us towels to take.
Then we happened to be there Valentines Day, and my daughter’s boyfriend in the U.S. was able to surprise her with flowers with the help of the front desk. That was definitely a touching memorable gesture and we really appreciated the staff working with him through WhatsApp and the time difference.
Then after our check out, they had a dedicated air-conditioned reception room where we could shower or hangout before we had to catch our flight in the afternoon.

"Very poor customer service. We booked 2 rooms. Oceanview Premiere Triple and Standard Room Queen. The Oceanview Premiere has a not pleasant smell from the bathroom and AC is not working. When we complained they asked us to wait for an hour trying to fix the AC and told us it's ok but when we came back after dinner it's still not working. They transferred us to the villa/casita with bed capacity of 2 persons and provided us with the rolling bed which is small for an adult to sleep in and the villa is located beside the road and is noisy. The next day they transferred us back to our original room and we again packed our belongings only to find out later that night that the AC is still not working. We waited for an hour, we requested to talk to their manager but no manager is working onsite only remotely (if there is even one existed!). We were transferred back to the villa beside the road with a rolling bed for the 3rd person. We pack and unpack 2x during the 3-night stay. It is so uncomfortable with the rolling bed and since it's small I fell on the floor 2x. We booked a room with triple occupancy (1 twin bed and 1 queen bed). The villa only has 1 king bed and gave us a rolling bed. You cannot talk to a manager or supervisor even on the phone. Terrible customer service. Our stay was never pleasant at all. Instead of a vacation it became a major inconvenience to us. Breakfast was not that great. Internet is only available in the lobby. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone."
"My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. The family bungalow was cute. It would’ve been helpful to have some wall hooks for hanging wet items and more counter space for our personal things. The food was fabulous! The staff were amazing! The location in Corong Corong was perfect as it was a short ride from town and we were picked up close by for our boat tours with APE TOURS. 😊"
