“[장점] - 위치가 좋음. 엘니도 항구, 해변, 시내 모든 곳이 가까워서 돌아다니기 매우 편함 - 직원들이 친절하고 잘 도와줌 - 조식 7-9시인데 작은 호텔치고 나쁘지 않은 구성 - 뜨거운 물 잘 나옴 - 와이파이가 잘 안 된다는 후기가 많았는데 3칸 뜨고 꽤 잘 되는 편이지만 가끔 안 돼서 복장터질 때가 있음 [단점] 그 외 모든 것 - 하우스키핑 매일 부탁했는데 시트랑 수건을 이틀에 한 번만 갈아줌 ㅠ 침대 아래는 먼지 청소가 전혀 되고 있지 않았음... - 전체적으로 굉장히 낡은 시설. 갑자기 세면대 냅다 부숴짐; - 도로쪽 방을 배정받은 순간 당신의 숙면은 불가능해집니다. 오토바이 위에서 사는 기분. 진짜 심각하게 시끄러워서 내가 도로에서 노숙 중인 건지 방에서 자는 건지 헷갈림. 자다가 동틀 때 시끄러워서 깨면 에어팟 끼고 잠. - 개미는 걍 기본으로 같이 살고 바퀴벌레와도 인사 가능 [결론] 위생과 소음과 벌레에 무던하고 위치가 숙소 선택의 1순위인 사람에게...

“Employees were prompt at addressing any issues you have. Front desk was very knowledgeable when asked ?s about the town of El Nido. Boat tours were easy to schedule or any other tours your interested on doing. JM is an asset to the business. Dont forget to give him a high five before checkin out. Salamat good job guys ”

“This place was wonderful. We received the best of service and assistance in a very stressful time. We got to El Nido the day before the airportsAnd land travel closed for a month. Was in a panic to figure out how to extend our travel visas and the owner went above and beyond to try and assist us. We where only there 17 hours when the owner advised us to return to Puerto Princessa as there was a concern that they would run out of supplies. Thank you so much for your assistance. “Broken window means mosquitoes get inside. Construction everywhere still extending third and fourth floor. And no wifi at all. Entrance is througg the back where the construction is. Front is covered by hung laundry clothes.”

“It was indeed a great stay! All the staff are very friendly and so accommodating. Special mention to Ate Joy and the other front desk Ate (I can't remember her name) Kuya (the night shift duty all around the staff. They were all helpful in assisting me to use the facility for working at night in the lobby area. Looking forward to staying at Novies but this time with my family. Novies is a safe, clean place, with easy access to almost everything. Thank you for a great stay!”
