“We stayed in room 1 which was spacious, clean, excellent AC and a very good tv with Netflix. The shower was hot with great water pressure and there was plenty of space for hanging clothes and good lighting options. Janet was incredibly helpful, she provided an ice compress for some bad insect bites I picked up in Cartagena and was on hand with ice bucket and extra bin bags when we decided to order in pizza. “We had an excellent stay at HYPE STATES. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. We arrived late for check-in, and the kitchen at Selvah, the rooftop restaurant, had already closed, so we were not able to try the full menu. Even so, they kindly prepared a ceviche for us, and it was delicious. The cocktails were also excellent, and the servers provided outstanding service. We truly appreciated the attention and hospitality and would definitely stay here again.”
