Staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and pretty quiet. I loved Having a balcony. Food was pretty standard for an All Inclusive. Drinks were good. Room service was pretty limited unless you were Elite member. The location was great. You have to use their taxi if you want to go off the premise, unless you walk the beach. My complaint is that the mattresses were just ok, and people of course had their towels out very early. I’m aware this is AI but I was not super impressed with Sexy Santa performance by all. Felt a little tasteless
