“The room was superb and absolutely beautiful. It was very affordable for the luxury and the breakfast was incredible. My main issue is that the hotel is on a bay and there was a strong smell of sewage in the back of the resort when you walk on the beach. Also access to the beach is very difficult because it’s rocky not sandy. ”

“This isn’t a hotel. It’s a Restaraunt/event space that has a few rooms. Guest services are non-existent. I never saw anyone at the “front desk” during the five days I was here. Was unable to get any issues with my room (there were several) fixed. Any staff I did see (mostly security) don’t speak English and didn’t seem to be able to follow my limited Spanish. Check in/check out was a challenge. The pool is nice but they sell day passes to anyone so it’s pretty busy/loud with partiers. Only four...

“Rooms and place in a nice condition good ambiance but you can find no one to help you after 9 pm or before 10 am I was trying to check out earlier than 11 and there was no staff in site even though I called and called and text to let them know I was leaving earlier and left the room keys in the table as no one was there I just good a simple answer after 12:00 pm”
