"The hotel was spa like and serene. The grounds are immaculate and very well maintained. The hotel staff were kind and very helpful. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. The food at the restaurants was very good. The Reserve restaurant stood as exceptional. Pool staff were available to serve drinks and food throughout the day. The personal concierge provided daily updates on activities, weather and remained available to assist with any needs during the stay. I would absolutely stay at the Paradisus when I return to Cabo. The location is on a quiet beach between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. The hotel offered a half day trip to San Jose that is included with the stay at the resort which was a wonderful opportunity to explore that area. I had a wonderful week!"

The property was immaculate and always smelled amazing with calming essential oils throughout. Having our own private butler exceeded all expectations and made the experience feel incredibly personalized. The pool was conveniently located near all the rooms, the views were absolutely breathtaking, and the food was phenomenal—some of the best we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive resort. "Room was great and everything works and is clean. Cleaning staff and room service was responsive, all staff were extremely courteous and pleasant. Food quality overall is excellent, and the buffet always featured a good amount of healthy options as well. It's predominantly good, real food, with only one poolside bar serving american junk food. The e-boys / activity leaders really made our stay memorable, and our favorite guys were Francisco, Axel, Ivan, and Miguel."

"RIU palace impeccably clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Food overall good and diverse options. We loved the Krystal restaurant the best! Only thing that could be better would be an onsite sports bar. We walked to RIU Santa Fe’s Sports Bar which was not too far however food options were marginal. "
