“Was clean ”

“Room had dirt in the corners. Tub / Shower was stained pink. Coffee was cold and concentrated. Breakfast was cereal. Carpet in room had large hole when you walk in. Window on ground floor did not lock. Requested a king bed and was confirmed, while checking in there were none left and received a double queen.”

“We stayed here for the waterpark which was closed during our stay. We asked for our room to be upgraded due to this and we got the exact same room we reserved online. The pull out couch was disgusting, it had stains on the mattress. Expedia stated there was a full breakfast and that was not the case either. The restaurant and breakfast was also closed so all we had for breakfast was coffee and a muffin. The staff were very nice however our stay was disappointing. ”

“unfortunately it was mid renovation, so wasn't exactly the most comfortable spot. concrete floors without even a rug when it's -20 degrees fahrenheit is not comfortable. I didn't see any instructions for how to use the heater, either, and I thought it was just an A/C unit - so, my room was quite cold. continental breakfast was decent. ”
