“Front desk staff was very friendly, there was candy in the lobby as it was halloween, room was quite nice, clean. Would stay here again.”

“Great location Convenient underground parking Various breakfast options Spotless and spacious suite”

“Awesome”

“The front desk staff were helpful and were able to accommodate my late check in after an event. However the room was disgusting with a carpet so filthy I was afraid to take off my shoes. There was no working light switch from the front door so I had to use my phone to go into a pitch dark room to find a single working lamp. This was extremely unsafe for many reasons. The bed had only a thin blanket so it was hardly a cozy sleep. I'm glad I left early in the morning.”

“Great hotel experience! Everything was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!”

“All great”

“Great property”

“The staff were great and the room was clean. 100% would recommend”

“Need to retrain staff and management. Unclean”
