“We have just returned from our sixth stay, and once again we had such a wonderful time. From the delicious food and beautiful facilities to the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, everything made our stay special. You can really feel that the entire team cares about making guests feel comfortable and well looked after. The only thing that didn’t cooperate this time was the weather, but despite that, we had an excellent and relaxing time. After visiting six times, I think that says...

“The serene and attentive experience at Amira practically guarantees my return. While the ambiance initially suggests a demographic of romantic couples, I visited for a getaway with my teenage daughter, and the execution was flawless. Their attention to detail is remarkable—from the intelligently designed suites to the highly proactive staff. The widespread buffet breakfast is a notable standout, offering extensive, flavorful choices alongside a custom egg station. The beach proximity, despite...

“BEAUTIFUL MAINTAINED GROUNDS. FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF. WE HAD A PARTIAL SEA VIEW BUNGALOW - THE VIEW WAS GOOD & BUNGALOWS ARE LOCATED IN A QUITE PART OF THE RESORT. LOVED OUR BALCONY ( RM 30). MAIN CRITICISM OF THE ROOM IS THE OVER BATH SHOWER. WHOEVER PLANNED PUTTING THE TAPS IN THE CENTRE OF THE BATH AS WELL AS THE WIRE RACK & SOAP DISPENSERS HAS NEVER TRIED TO STAND TAKING A SHOWER IN THE BATH WHILST FIGHTING THE PLASTIC SHOWER SHEET - IT IS DANGEROUS . “The staff at the reception was amazing, and the cleaning staff was excellent as well. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Staff members were removing plates before guests had even finished their meals, and there was constant shouting throughout the hotel. The alcohol served at the bar was of very poor quality. Overall, this did not feel like a 5-star hotel experience at all.”

“We stayed at the Syntopia Hotel for our summer holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they put in extra effort to get to know you and ensure you are having a lovely holiday. A few days into our holiday, they were automatically bringing our favourite drinks to our table at meal times which was very lovely! The food had such a good variety with a different focus every other night. We particularly enjoyed the Asian night. We would recommend staying at the Syntopia to everyone!”
