"Everything was dirty, the sheets, the bathroom, the towels, the walls. There were yellow stains all over the sheets, and weird dark red stains on the walls. Questionable black stain on the sheet, could have easily have seen bed bugs being in there. On my way out I saw a cockroach on the wall. Awful 🙅"

We did text you and supposedly security came but the noise didn’t stop and when reported at check out, we were told sorry and want some free coffee. Are you serious. Last time we went they charged us for a spa visit no one booked so their “sorrys” don’t go very far. "
