“Omar who was manning the front desk was so very helpful. I was beat when I got to the hotel driving up from North Carolinas. I was greeted by Omar who after checking for my booking informed me that I was supposed to have checked in yesterday. I showed him my conformation to the contrary. He worked with me and also with your support person and cleared up the mistake. I am grateful for everyone’s help, I am sorry I forgot the woman’s name who was the representative from Expedia, if you find out...

“Everything was fine except for the incidental deposit. Took forever to return it and only returned 135.00 out of 200.00 I only got 3 sodas.......no explanation”
