“Excellent”

“This is a fairly old building near downtown which has been upgraded in many areas. I would call it quirky. There are some old furniture pieces in the rooms but beds, chairs and fixtures are updated. Parking and breakfast are free. Breakfast is "healthy". Basically it is either Oatmeal, yogurt or toast with a large selection of toppings (nuts, fruit, etc). If you are looking for bacon and eggs it's not here. We thought it was filling and tasty. The pool was nice, and warmer than the staff...

“Very friendly staff.”

“We arrived late in the evening and the front staff was not a helpful person and was not a nice person. We were thankful that we did not have to purchase the breakfast, it was not the greatest.”

“This place feels like my home away from home! I come twice a month and love the private in room tubs and the pool and hot tub too! Always very clean and the staff are great!”

“Already submitted a review.”

“I love the Ashland Springs Hotel, it is a slice of a more gracious time of living. You must remember that, as my techie partner struggled with not enough plugs for devices. I loved it, it gave us a chance to disconnect from the device, and enjoy Ashland!”

“It is suitable for travelers going abroad.”

“This small motel harkens back to the 50s without any of the stogginess. My room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy and everything else was just fine. I think the best thing was the motel is adjacent to a great pizza place! I will stay there again if I travel that way.”

“Amazing breakfasts, friendly staff, best location”

“My room was clean, bed was comfortable. It was really nice and central to restaurants, coffee shops and downtown. It was nice having a door code instead of keys etc. would stay here again”

“Really nice 2 bedroom apartment in historical house-great applicances, comfortable and spacious living and bedroom areas. We were only two, comfortable for up to 2 couples easily. 10-15 minute walk to downtown along pleasant street. Coffee shop around the corner. Very pleasant and comfortable stay , and reasonably priced.”

“I visited in June and was very grateful for the air conditioned room. A lovely setting. Wonderful breakfast.”
