“Friendly staff. Room was clean. I was very comfortable. I even bought a mug! Looking forward to next stay.”

“I really enjoyed the location of the property and the staff was REALLY friendly and welcoming. The problem was the party directly above my room. They ran, stomped, moved furniture, played football I have NO clue, but they did it ALL for HOURS. The stay was made sooo much worse because from 9pm till after midnight it was hard to rest. Ugh if it weren't for that I would stay again.”

“Friendly staff, location”

“The receptionist and bartender were helpful and pleasant. The room was not in great condition. The room was very warn and looked much older than expected from the pictures of the lobby. The air conditioner was noisy and ineffective. I was definitely disappointed in the room after reading so many 10 star reviews.”

“We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but we did soak in the tub inside our room. We enjoyed the breakfast and feeding the koi fish. Our couples massage was wonderful. The carpets looked dated and stained in the dining area. The other thing we noticed was that the employee’s weren’t smiling, which kinda bothered me. We would go back though. The room was comfortable but the clarity on the tv was pretty bad.”

“I visited in June and was very grateful for the air conditioned room. A lovely setting. Wonderful breakfast.”

“It is suitable for travelers going abroad.”

“We booked Jere because everything else was taken that was in downtown. The hotel is ok. Breakfast was decent with some variety in terms of protein and fresh fruit. The tvs are out dated so we couldn’t watch Netflix and the property is spread out over 4 buildings at 3 different intersections.”

“The facility fit the needs that we required on this trip. One small challenge, one of the electrical outlets that had a lamp plugged into it was not working. But that’s OK. Everything was clean and satisfactory for our needs like I said I will definitely use them again on my next trip.”

“Amazing breakfasts, friendly staff, best location”

“My room was clean, bed was comfortable. It was really nice and central to restaurants, coffee shops and downtown. It was nice having a door code instead of keys etc. would stay here again”

“Not worth the expense”

“It was fine for a quick getaway. Nothing amazing but the bed was comfy and it was clean so I think 4 stars fits.”

“산속에 있어서인지 방에 모기가 좀 있더라구요. 그러나 침대도 푹신하고 방도 넓고 주방시설도 잘 마련되어 있어서 숙박하면서 매우 편안했습니다. 날이 추워서 야외 수영장은 이용하지 않았지만 실내 수영장에서 나름 재밌게 놀았네요.”

“Rooms are clean and have window ac units. Bathroom is a decent size and shower is amply large. Free parking available. No housekeeping offered for first four days and rarely is anyone in the office. On our last day, someone knocked on the door and asked us if we needed housekeeping, but we were leaving the next day so that wasn’t helpful. Desk area is useful and there is an extension cord with multiple outlets by the desk.”
