“The hotel room was a very good value. It was a good, basic room with all the helpful necessities. The covered parking is a big plus. The staff was helpful and efficient. I would stay here again, and recommend the hotel to others looking for a good value basic room.”

“When we checked into our room, the bathroom had black mold and holes in the wall. We immediately tried to leave and get a refund. The manager refused to give us a refund. I showed him the black mold in the restrooms. He didn’t care I had to call Expedia. Which took a very long time. Expedia was finally able to refund me my money. It’s going to take up to 10 business days. I strongly recommend you find other places to stay. Royalcrest hotel is terrible.”
