"I was originally assigned to a room that smelled like smoke. Staff made sure I got a new room that was clean with no smoke. After I checked out, I discovered I couldn't get a ride to Greyhound. A staff member graciously gave me a ride. I really appreciate the staff going out of their way for me."

"The room was newly refreshed, there were some areas that still needed work though. The desk chair was all chewed up on the bottom corners, there was paint splatters all over the remote and the alarm clock was not plugged back in. But for the most part it was great stay. We used the pool and it was mostly clean. Some clumps of what looked like hair came up from the bottom as my daughter was diving to the bottom and there were bandages or tape laying underneath the assist chair which was located by the hot tub.
