"Terrible place"

"Perfect location and comfortable beds however this hotel needs a lot of updating. We had to change rooms 3 times. First room smelled of cigarettes, 2nd room had a pipe burst in ceiling. Then they moved us to a suite but it did not have a king size bed and balcony which is what we booked. The lobby was warm with 2 bags fans to move air around. It's unfortunate because with this location it has a ton of potential"

"Bring earplugs! This seems to be a party hotel; the guests in the neighboring room loudly arrived at 3:30 am and partied and smoked until I left. The room was clean, but it showed a lot of wear. Location is great, just steps from the Inner Harbor. I won't stay here again."

"The breakfast restaurant is miss managed. As customers are in line to get in … The Staff is looking at us like … what are you doing here? Terrible communications with customers. "

The floor boards are broken and chipped throughout the room causing me to constantly trip.... i was there 4 days and they only half cleaned the room once after i complained the third time... still didn’t clean the shower. Did i mention the large granddaddy long leg (spider). The lobby is to be desired... plexy glass between you and the agent like its a corner store... Speaking of the corner store the snack price depends on who's at the desk. You have been warned."
