"Pool and hot tub closed for maintenance. Check in was not good. No information about the pool closer, breakfast time and parking directions made no sense. First rooom was not vacuumed and crumbs were all over. Next room had a long black air on the towel. No bathmat for the shower and dirty furniture. Was the first time that I went to buy Desinfektion wipes. Breakfast was horrible. We had a group of people in the hotel and they took over the whole breakfast area for the 2 mornings we stayed there. Coffee empty and no room to get breakfast. It made me so mad, because I had to go to a conference and AA Ed on a nice, quiet breakfast before that. Not sure what the facility could have done differently, but it was very frustrating. On check out day my partner was disturbed twice at around 9 am by house keeping and so he gave up and checked out."

"We stopped just for a night with our infant son and it was perfect. We loved the layout of the king suite as it allowed us to be in the back room near the bathroom and he could sleep in the living room and be undisturbed. A/C worked great, the room was very clean, the tvs were pretty big, and the fridge worked great. Breakfast was simple but good and well attended. The staff member at breakfast was very kind. We come through this area often and are excited to use the water park when our kid gets older. We did have some noisy neighbors above us, but after calling the front desk around 11pm, it settled down. This seriously was such a pleasant stay, we will definitely be back."
