“Absolutely loved our stay at Conrad’s the staff were exceptional and really went out of their way to look after us even helping us back to the train station to make it on time, thank you again for that! The restaurant is superb the service and the food amazing, the location is beautiful a very peaceful part in the mountains only ten minutes in the bus to St Moritz and beautiful surroundings but the staff and service are what would bring us back ”

“Enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. The room is simple and functional but well designed and updated. The lobby and dining area has a nice “modern rustic” look. The staff and owners make you feel welcomed and are very helpful. I left my tote bag on the train at the Pontresina station and they called the station and I was able to pick it up at the station that day. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a nice functional, cozy and comfortable place to stay. ”

“We stayed at Hotel Steinbeck for 2 nights to catch the Bernina Express and really enjoyed our stay here. The check-in staff was very friendly and offered to carry the luggage to our room.
