"Staff were attentive. As I walked in with my suitcases. The bellman waited patiently as a walked slowly with mother to room. He suggested places to eat in the same place. I had the VIP offer. I took advantage of it. We had a simple meal. The waiter was pleasant and attentive. Room was very comfortable."

"The staff was super helpful and friendly. They recently inaugurated their rooftop and certain nights they have a bartender available to mixup your favorite drink. Drinks & a view? Sold! Would definitely stay here again. "

"Check in and check out were a breeze. The room was spacious and adequate. We were on the 12th floor and the view was nice. The location of the property was the best part; walking distance to great shops & restaurants and a quick Uber ride to anywhere you'd wanna go. The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome each day we were there. I would definitely stay here again. "

"my room number was 1701. and the bathtub water was going down real slow, and I did not take a shower during my stay. the drain system needs to be cleaned and cleared more often. "
