Excellent last minute getaway. One night is not enough to enjoy the amenities. Only two complaints- nothing opened after 10 and no vending machines. Be prepared but a store about 2 miles away.

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the amenities. But with my VIP access benefits, the check in staff didnt give the room upgrade and said that they dont do that if it is booked with third party (expedia). 😟

Gabby the front desk clerk has a bad attitude and very condescending perhaps she needs a customer service refresher class. Aside from her attitude the overall property was very clean and relaxing. My family and I visit often and will be back, hopefully by then Gabby has been reminded of what customer service means.

When we arrived and got our room keys they didn’t work and i had to drive back down to the lobby to retrieve new key cards. The kitchen was full of gnats. Housekeeping might of left a window open idk. Our master bathroom had no shampoo or body wash. Containers were empty. We were greeted with 4 pillows on the kitchen table with no pillow covers, so they were probably left behind from the previous guest that slept on the pull out couch. Overall i don’t think i would recommend or visit again.

Disappointing Stay - Not Recommended** My recent stay at this property was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I checked and when entered the room noticed a strong urine odor in the sofa near the kitchen, which made the living space unpleasant. The floor level felt more like a basement, and I didn't feel safe going out at night, especially since the balcony was shared and felt like it was almost underground. This added to the overall discomfort during my stay. I reported this to both Expedia and the property management, but unfortunately, neither took any action or showed concern. It's clear that once they have your money, they’re no longer interested in ensuring a comfortable experience. If you still plan to stay here, I strongly recommend asking for an upper floor room at check-in and thoroughly inspecting the cleanliness of the unit before settling in. Once you're checked in, don’t expect much help from the front desk. Overall, I would not recommend this property and will be looking elsewhere for future stays.
