“I paid for the insurance I boarded the plane had a seizure the United Airlines was very helpful and was safe the property ignored me and wasn't able to communicate with no one and Expedia was unable to get help for me. I will never book here again as much as ai travel my 1st medical emergency and no accommodations were made. ”

The buildings are older historic structures that have been modernized just enough for comfort but still feel vintage enough. Perfect for a retreat and the hosts are very accomodating”

“Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. ”

“The room itself was nice and adequate. However, the pool was very dirty, common areas in poor condition, WIFI was useless (extremely slow), had dinner plans for 7pm at the restaurant (reservation made by lady at front desk) and later called saying they weren't serving dinner. ”

We returned at check in time and still had to wait an additional 1.5 hrs. for check in. The room itself was fine. The bar on site did not opened until 5:30 pm and the restaurant was less than desirable in atmosphere, quality of food and more. the best thing about this Hotel is that it is walking distance from the Charolotte Amilie Ferry. ...
