โThe hotel is located at the center of East Jerusalem and is next to a bus stop so easy to get to places. Itโs in general okay but there are few things that could be improved like maintenance and service. Breakfast is really nice though. โ
โAlways amazing to stay at the Orient, although noticed front desk reception is totally understaffed.
Waited for a long time to check in at 2pm and also waited for close to 5 mins when checking out at 6.30am.
Need more staff. Unacceptable for the quality of the hotel. โ
