โMe and my daughter felt safe at this hotel. Service at front desk and the restaurant was excellent. The room and the rest of the hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The interior of the hotel was very cute. We will stay again!โ
โI have stayed at this hotel several times for business trips. As always, I find the location, safety, and environment to be excellent, especially the value for money. However, I occasionally find the cleanliness of the electric kettle in the hotel room to be somewhat lacking. While it is not a major issue since I can boil water for disinfection, improving this aspect would make it a perfect 10 out of 10.โ
โGreat small room and very friendly staff. It was easy to find and the room was very clean and comfortable. I was on the third floor with no lift so if you have a lot of luggage or hate climbing stairs, that could be an issue but it wasn't a problem for me.โ
โLoved this hotel it location was 5 min from Hammersmith Underground or 10 min from Baron Court. Lovely clean room bathroom seemed renewed nice new shower bathtub. Breakfast is well worth the money you can fill up on loads of choices. Shoutout to the manager who runs around in the morning during breakfast with a great smile and customer pro service attitude. He's a real asset to the Hotel wish I had asked his name. recommend !โ
โSuperb location for Tube from Euston and getting around London. Hotel clean, friendly helpful staff, beds extremely comfortable would definitely stay here again.โ

"We stayed in a standard double room. It was quite small but not uncomfortably so. We needed to use stairs to access the room despite the elevator so I would not recommend this hotel to people who need accessibility.
The hotel room itself was clean but it was a connecting room so it was quite noisy due to a neighbouring visitor.
The location is okay, 10 minute walk from District and Piccadilly lines and there is a small grocery store just around the corner.
I would stay in this hotel again."
