“Staff was not very informative as to why price on total from expedia and price being charged was double. Then told me one price and put thru a completely different price on my card. As all this was happening 2 people where attempting to steal the bikes outside of hotel which staff had to leave to deal with as no one else available. When tried to cancel room staff not very helpful and told me that unable to cancel then was able to cancel. Was very confused as customer and not impressed”

The debit machine was not working, and I was told to go to the hotel next door for cash or use a credit card. The front desk service was unfriendly, which created a poor first impression and affected the hotel’s reputation.”

“Staff seemed friendly but were not prompt when I went to check out. I had to stand and wait for someone to come out of the office. The elevator floors were wet and dirty and there was dirty laundry left laying on the floor. There were excessive amounts of people hanging around the elevator which made it difficult to move through the hotel. Holding elevators for people that were still outside. Although there was security officers on site they did absolutely nothing about it.”
