“Lovely rooms, central for trains and city centre, but quiet.”

“Fairly average but decent for price. Staff friendly enough but did not explain anything. Suppose they thought it was self explanatory that room key was also key for front door; and to help ourselves to table and food at breakfast. Comfortable bed. Room snug, cosy, quiet and clean. Same for bathroom. Snib removed from Yale lock in bedroom so could not lock ourselves in overnight, which was disconcerting (imagine it is so management can access). Breakfast luke warm but fine. Fine for price and for...

“The location to central Exeter city centre”

“Staff were very kind and considerate during the stay. Unfortunately, the rooms leaked a lot of sound. We are aware we’d likely hear the road during our stay due to proximity, but we hadn’t considered we might hear every move and sound from the surrounding rooms. Due to the design of the building, the five rooms attached to ours could be heard. This was e”

“Fantastic location. Super friendly staff.”

“주위의 다른 호텔에 비해 상대적으로 시설이 좋습니다. 그러나 아침식사는 크게 기대하지 마시기 바랍니다. ”

“Room and bed are cleaned well and morning breakfast is served also good. But ventilation is not good. Doesn't have any air conditioner so room is filled with hot air when checked in. Hotel is closed to road so that buzzing vehicles noise comes into window over night make me hard to sleep. Electric hot pot is served with stain inside so there's no way to make tea in the room.”

“Unkind, a bit dirty and noisy. Don’t recommend ”

“I booked through Expedia which meant the hotel didn't get the information to turn the room into a twin. So we had to put up with that for a night. We weren't massively impressed by that, nor by being tossed 2 free drinks card - undoubtedly to make us feel better about the unresolvable situation - which we didn't use because I find this people management system quite insulting. However, it was rectified in the morning by housekeeping. Housekeeping kept the tea and coffee well stocked and there...

“There was an issue with the radiator in my room. Staff were very helpful they offered me a heater or to change room. I opted to change room and they moved my belongings for me whilst I was out. It was seamless. The bar staff were very friendly and service was quick. Overall I enjoyed the comfort and friendliness of everyone. A very pleasant weekend despite storm Austin.”

“Room was well furnished and had everything we needed including a bottle opener, wine glass, even a hot water bottle! Bed was comfy and there was a really useful folder of info in the room, the owner had included a few suggested walks around the property which was great and we did one of them just to stretch our legs. Ample parking, and the property was very well kept, no issues with noise or anything from the farm we were attached to. Loved the fact the owner offered proper milk for the rooms...

“I had a lovely stay and nothing was too much bother for Sue. Lots of choice for breakfast. I would happily stay here again. Even had a scarecrow trail whilst I was there with an amazing entry at the guesthouse.”

“It was very well equipped and comfortable beds.”
