“This was our second day at the hotel. It was a delight to meet with staff members who remembers us from last year. Everyone is very friendly. The atmosphere is one of calm and professional bar staff and restaurant staff providing good quality service. Our room was well maintained and it’s obvious that the Hotel is undergoing some amazing refurbishment but this does not impact on standards. We look forward to coming back later in the year.”
