The rooms were very clean and tidy and had a fantastic homely warm feel. Shower was spacious and always had an excellent hot stream which is not for granted. The location of San Cassiano is not the greatest for those who don’t have a car, but if you do, everything fantastic is a short ride away. We recommend L’Fana restaurant at La Villa. Overall, this was one of the best value for money hotels we’ve had in Italy, and when we’ll come back, we will return here."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Ai Pini while visiting the beautiful Dolomites! From the moment we arrived, Erica were so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. We were even given a free room upgrade because there weren’t many bookings during our stay, and we thought that was such a thoughtful gesture. Our room had an amazing mountain view, and waking up to that scenery every morning was absolutely beautiful! A special mention to Erica at the front, she was such a lovely person and made us feel very welcome. Everyone we met, from the front desk to the dining area in the morning and evening, was friendly and attentive. The whole hotel has a very comfortable, cozy, and homey feeling that made us feel right at home. There were also plenty of good food choices, and the hotel is easy to access by public transportation, which was very convenient for us. One of the nicest surprises was that the hotel gave my wife a simple birthday gift during our stay at the breakfast area. We honestly weren’t expecting it at all, and it was such a thoughtful gesture. Not every hotel goes the extra mile like that, and we truly appreciated it. It made her birthday feel even more special. Thank you to everyone at Ai Pini for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We really appreciate all the kindness and hospitality we received. We would happily stay here again when we return to the Dolomites!"
