We stayed in the King suite and it was great. The only down side was the sofa bed. My poor daughter woke up with a horrible back ache, but I guess that’s what you expect from a sofa bed.

Good location on 13th Avenue South. Desk worker was friendly and helpful. Hotel hallways were dark when I arrive about 30 minutes before sunset. Room was left with a dirty sink from the previous night. Microwave and fridge in the room. TV didn't work. Good WIFI.

We stayed 2 nights. The rooms were clean & stocked with towels etc. Smaller room than I’m used to but we didn’t spend a lot of time there. The air conditioner worked great and it was HOT outside during our stay. The breakfast was the usual and good. The only complaint I have is that the keys to the Hotel & our room only worked half the time. It was way irritating to have to stand in the heat and try to get into the Hotel. We had to go get new keys twice.

This property has seen better days. Unfortunately, I think it’s about time to knock it down. The property did not seem clean at all and was not well maintained. From rusted light fixtures in the bathroom to carpet coming up, this place was in a pretty sorry state. The staff was fine, breakfast was surprisingly good, and the shower was out of shampoo and body wash. This place would do in an absolute pinch, but it still isn’t cheap enough for me to justify a stay there.
