Clean room. Friendly lady that checked us in and out. Wish we had more pillows but we made due. We could have asked for more but decided not to ask. A good place to lay our head for 3 nights!! Dining and billiards within walking distance! I will be staying again!!

Analog motel in a digital world. The nice man takes my reservation online, then hand writes my data on an analog registration card. He hands me an analog key. The room hasn't been updated since 1954, except for a flat screen TV. Despite, or maybe because of, it all works. Excellent location adjacent to downtown and a terrific bakery/ art studio.

A nice place to stay in Farmington within a few minutes walk of the shops. Comfortable bed, and the room was clean. Would recommend.

Very nice place, great price.

I also stay here when I'm on Farmington. The owners are always friendly, and they take care of this very old property better than you might expect. Always clean and comfortable.
